APPROVED SUPPLIER APPLICATIONS FOR MILITARY FACTORIES
MSY 310-12 numbered Purchase of Goods and Services Directive Within The Scope of MoND General Directorate of Military Factories and Shipyards and 3B Exceptions Paragraph of 4734-numbered Public Procurement Law were published in order to ensure that Military Factories may purchase goods and services from the companies which are sustainable and have quality and technical competence. 1.Approved Supplier Application:
a. Supplier Applicant Form which was prepared within the scope of the Directive numbered MSY 310-12 should be completed by the companies and then it should be submitted by hand to General Directorate of Military Factories (GDMF) or Military Factories affiliated to GDMF. Documents posted won’t be taken into consideration. Click for Application Form.
b. Original copy or notarised copy of authorized representative/representatives circular of signature and/or original copy or notarised copy of the mandate document (the mandate shall include the authority of signing the non-disclosure agreements and GDMF Supplier Applicant Form) and Original copy or notarised copy of statement of signature (proxy application) shall be submitted. Each page of the Non-Disclosure Agreement, Supplier Applicant Form and their annexes shall be signed and stamped by the authorized represantative of the company. GDMF Supplier Applicant Form and its annexes shall be punched and put in a wired file and the GDMF Supplier Applicant Form shall exist at the top the file and the order of annexes shall be in compliance with the questions order.
c. Current Non-Disclosure Agreement and GDMF Supplier Appliant Form shall be used for all the proceedings that will be executed as of 02 December 2019 and later on.

2.Application Acceptance: Applications are accepted on the condition that the companies submit the Supplier Applicant Form and the documents required to be submitted in the Applicant Form Those documents should be completely submitted after they are approved by the authorized persons of the company.
3.On-site Examination: A commission which is assigned by GDMF prepares a report and gives points after it evaluates your company from the aspects of administrative, technical and quality applications of your company. Information and documents which are requested by the commission should be submitted to the commission by the company throughout the company visit of the commission.
4.Approved Supplier List: First of all Approved Supplier applications are taken. Then the Approved Supplier List is released here after the applications are evaluated.
All the information and documents submitted by your company throughout this procedure are retained in the classification of “SECRET” within the scope of Non-disclosure Agreement to be signed.
